Beta experience: I've probably been editing as long as I've been writing. I've edited fanfiction in the Once Upon a Time fandom for authors FairieTales4ever, Ethereal_Wishes, Emilie Brown, I'm2Old4This, and others. In the Caryl fandom, I'm currently editing for Geektaire, CLADD, NotEnoughTimeOnMyHands, BettyBubble, Marie1063, Amanda Hawthorn and a few others, and have recently edited a published work called 'Beat of a Heart' by Brittany Basham which can be found on Amazon.
Story types/topics I will not beta: I will beta pretty much anything. My squick factor is really low. However, I will not beta stories involving incest. Not that we'll find too many of those on this site, thankfully. Just a heads up of what my limits are. I also will not beta fics written in FIRST PERSON, nor any fic where either Carol or Daryl dies ... anything else is fair game. Wait! I just found something else which totally squicks me out ... sex between Dary/OC or Carol/OC.
Additional Comments: I was a TA for four different English teachers in high school. English was, by far, my strongest subject. I also tutored in English, Maths and History while still a student myself. I have a decent grasp of canon and am more than willing to brainstorm with you if needed. I love helping other writers while making friends in this new fandom (new for me at least lol).

Beta experience: I have never been a beta for fanfiction writing online.I was in advanced english courses throughout high school and completed my required college english courses prior to attending college. I edited and reviewed many of my peers' writing during that time. My teachers often asked me to review their students' writing, but I was never an official TA.
Story types/topics I will not beta: RPF for sure. If I'm uncertain about anything else I'll let you know. I probably won't be all that much help with specific details of intimate scenes, but if a story still contains them, I have absolutely no problem with it. If the story is simply smut, I'd find someone else to help you.
Additional Comments: I just really love reading, editing writing, and helping people with their work! I know the struggle of staring at your writing for so long that you can't tell if it's good or not! I adore Caryl and want readers to have the best experiences as possible with this fandom and site. That being said, I can be harsh when editing, but not in a mean way. I give very honest feedback and will sometimes pick apart the smallest of things.
