Congrats on FSOTW, Leigh57. I'd never heard schmoopy before I read that story but now it's in me, LOL. I love it when a new word fills a niche I didn't know was missing one. It's a lovely, schmoopy story.

Just FYI, re: Becky Thatcher. It's now adistantfire. Also same now on different sites. Belatedly found a writer, apparently no longer writing but still using that pseudonym, on one site & didn't want there to be confusion. Hope THIS won't confuse! Thanks for the understanding and to anyone reading!

@Charlotte That's a cute idea! I'd read that for sure. The sibling-thing is a little reminiscent of the mother/son thing for me, so I'd make a right crumpet of it. I have a complete inability to keep them platonic.

Wow, that's something from Vampire Knights manga or City of Bones novels, if I remember things correctly... about siblings being separated early due to a major catastrophic event (mostly involving magic of some sort) and later on they found each other only to grow attracted to one another...

I don't think i could read smth like that. Now say carol was adopted and searching for her birth parents and she was lead to believe daryl and merle were her brothers. big problem since she's attracted to daryl. come to find out the investigators were wrong and they really aren't related.

I would fail so hard at writing sibling Carol/Daryl. Things would end up getting convoluted so quickly just to compensate for a relationship later on down the road. I am weak when it comes to Caryl, one of them would end up being adopted or something.
