I’m loving all the wonderful authors here so much who give us these beautiful storylines that the show writers have denied us so far. But there are a few that I wanna mention. I basically inhaled eyeslikewildflower’s stories on another website and she told me about ninelives which I’m so grateful for, cause you introduced me to my happy place ;)

A House of Cards, Maybe It’s Just Us, Kaleidoscope, Perseverance, A Chance, The Big Bang, One Thousand, Eight Hundred and Twenty Five Days, Infinite Possibilities

3.) Favorite Fic trope

Definitely friends to lovers – that is what I am dying to see on the show and luckily get to read a lot here. It’s wonderful to see these two people who have been through so much and slowly started to trust each other to the point where they would do anything to protect the other. Reading about how that unfolds, how their trust in each other deepens and how they fall in love with each other is my favorite fic trope.

Also Prison Caryl is my favorite Caryl. All the flirty energy between them always makes me happy so I love me a good prison fic. Add some sexy time to the mix and I’m yours ;)

Other than that I’m always here for McReedus!!

4.) What would you like to see more of, or what haven’t you seen in a fic that you would like to see? 

I’m in awe of all the possibilities that you beautiful writers have found to bring Carol back to Daryl after the time jump. So more of this please! J

AU is not my kind of thing so I would love to see more non-AU stories set in the ZA that pick up scenes from the show and continue them to a happy ending for our favorite couple. There are already so many amazing stories like this but I can never get enough. I love stories that fill in missing gaps from the show and post-series stuff. For example how Carol helps Daryl to cope after he was freed from the Saviors or how they finally talk about what happened in The Grove.

And also please give me more McReedus! ;) There haven’t been new McReedus fics in a while and I would love to see more exploration of the very obvious chemistry between Norman and Melissa. I live for their little moments on interviews and cons. I mean no disrespect at all to Norman’s little family BUT in this purely fictional world I would like to see a story that explores the current situation that Norman is in, how Melissa fits into his life right now and a way that somehow leads Norman back to Melissa. My McReedus heart craves a happy ending for Mel and Norman.

5.) What made you start shipping Caryl?

I guess for a lot of people, it’s Season 2 and I’m no exception. The angry redneck from Season 1 revealed his sweet and caring side when he tried to find a little girl for a woman he barely knew back then. When he brought her the Cherokee rose and did his little speech I was hooked. I love to ship and I’ve been obsessed with all kinds of couples but I’ve never been as invested as I am in our beautiful Caryl. Their connection is so pure and unique and in my opinion they will never find this kind of connection and love with anyone else but each other.

Another reason that made me start shipping Caryl is the chemistry between Norman and Melissa. Some reporter said in an interview with Melissa „You and Norman are just ELECTRIC on screen.� Their chemistry is off the scale. I’m always in awe at how much they can do with just a look or a little gesture. How we can feel how these two characters gravitate towards each other. I have rarely seen a chemistry like theirs on television and they transfer it perfectly to their characters.

Last but not least:

Since the show has denied us a love story between Carol and Daryl so far I’m so happy to have this archive with you beautiful writers who appreciate the precious relationship between Carol and Daryl and give us all kinds of happy endings. I’m very grateful for you all. CARYL ON!
