@yokaiShinari Hi, yes that's one of the bits of the site that isn't working. Sadly the site code is very old and can't be updated so there are some bits that - like the rest of us - don't work as well as they once did!

Don't panic if you try to publish a story and it doesn't go through, we've had to reinstate the submission queue until the challenge submissions get published. We'll keep an eye out for anything that isn't for the challenge and go ahead and put those through.
