How do any of your authors handle when you had a plot in mind and your story goes in an entirely different direction? I feel like I mislead several people that have read the story, but it refuses to be written the way in which I first intended so I'm trying to let it write itself now.

Sorry, Yokai. We used to run a second chat on Saturdays, to let other folks attend at what should be a more reasonable hour for them, but attendance was poor, so we scrapped it several months ago. :(
