If anyone can help me, I'm looking for a story where Daryl actively teaches Carol self-defence and is her 'attack dummy', it gets flirty and he tells her that doing that wouldn't work with a real enemy. I've been searching for months and can't find it.

coreenfw- that is actually a good idea. And to me it's a given that a woman wakes up smiling to a song like that, heads downstairs to a man cooking her breakfast & she has a wedding ring on- odds are that man is going to be her husband. Especially in that NON apocalypse looking home they were in.

Thank you miz Buttercup--I'm tired of the foolishness of not. When will the writers get brains and realize couples are exciting. Ms. McBride is beautiful giddy/giggly. Reedus is dear-wish I could not care and quit it.

I doubt they are doing Donnie. Angel Theory who plays Kelly improvised the eyebrow thing, it wasn't in the script. And she said on an ig love that Daryl is learning ASL to.communicate with everyone. And LR lives in London now filming the Eternals. I am not worried.

phooey couldn't figure out how to clarify Daryl hugged Carol. There was a brief hand something w/Daryl before Connie moved on to Carol (hitting on her?). Both KE and Connie moved to the back of the line when Carol hit the dock.

bait and switch always their way. Daryl hugged her freely, sought her out, welcomed her, hinted he would destroy the fleet if she thought to leave again. Why does he want her near him? Yeah Connie is "nice" always be outsider. Daryl appreciates counsel when Carol is gone.

Saw it last week but wanted to wait to comment until after the actual premiere. Plenty of Caryl yes but I am pretty sure they are going with Daryl/Connie relationship. His interactions with her in S9 were like S3/S4 Caryl and he had JUST met her. The premiere just confirmed it. Just my 2 cents. :(
