Ikkles, Subs and I have been working on revamping our Member of the Month feature that will premiere in January as part of Nine Lives' 3rd Anniversary celebration. We're working things out, incuding resetting the list so that those who have won before are eligible to win again under our new format. We're pretty excited with what we've been cooking up, but before we finalize this event, we want to hear from YOU.

I'm not sure if this has been suggested before (and I'm pretty sure you did this anyway) but I'd like the MOTM to share their favourite author or story (On NL or elsewhere). it would be a great way to discover new stories through an author whose work you already enjoy.
Questions I'd like to know:
What was their favorite story to write?
was there somethng particular that inspires them to write?
for reviewers:
was there a particular story that stuck with you and why?
A lot of times I see people voting for their freinds but don't really see how that is gonna change. Since I dont know your criteria I can't offer any real suggestions.
I will say I am disappointed that one of my all time favorite writers can't get nominated because of her owning the site ( looking at you FM, I'd give you the MOTM over and over for tlb alone)
the way we celebrated before was fine IMO.
