As Nine Lives software continues to age, we are seeing glitches and errors become more commonplace. Most recently, we are seeing author’s accounts randomly invalidated. We understand that this can be frustrating. In order for us to address these issues most effectively, it is imperative that you PM AN ADMIN FIRST AND FOREMOST.
