AN: This is my first attempt at TWD fiction. This is set at some point in late S5, but really is just an excuse to have Daryl and Carol talk and say things they won’t ever say on the programme. I’m calling it angsty fluff. All feedback welcome.

AN2: This is a story I posted several years ago on the fanfiction site. I haven't written a Walking Dead story since so am posting here in an attempt to motivate myself in time for the upcoming season. I hope at least someone enjoys the wishfulfilment angsty fluff!
