Daryl and Carol go to the Commonwealth
After some Commonwealth soldiers arrive at Alexandria to help, sent by Yumiko, a small group head to the Commonwealth to check the place out as a possible second home. Carol, Daryl, Rosita, Coco, Jerry, Connie and Kelly. After a misunderstanding, Carol and Daryl are put on the spot making them finally admit their feelings for each other. Fluff and Smut ensues. Also, Carol and Daryl find themselves in the hot seat with Lance Hornsby as they try to infiltrate themselves into the community. They must go to great extents for the good of the community as well as to get Eugene released. Carol must do a lot of the heavy lifting to work the situation to their advantage, much to Daryl's dismay. Read to find out what happens next.

This story takes place after Season 9 of The Walking Dead, after the bridge explosion.
Carol is contemplating a life altering offer.
Daryl has moved to his place spot on the river, spending days searching for Rick. Michonne is suffering from the devastating loss.
Michonne’s birthday is coming up and even though things like that aren’t really celebrated much anymore, Carol decides to do something special for her to brighten her day. Find Rick’s white horse. Carol is determined to catch it, a solid connection to the man Michonne lost, as a gift to her and she enlists Daryl’s help.

This story is not for the faint of heart. 
I had always wondered what would happen in the walking dead story world where Negan got what was coming to him for his past crimes. Since he is becoming a fan favorite I decided to make him become gruesome again so the ending of the story could be justified without too much friction from hard core fans. Everyone is entitled to their views and I love JDM myself so please remember, it's just a story that I wanted to tell. A story that almost seemed to write itself

I am also a huge fan of Carol and Daryl have been shipping them together since the beginning of The Walking Dead Series. So I wrote to my hearts content where they are concerned.
I plan to write many more, stories that won't be as long as this one and all sorts of story lines.
