Summary:

Carol Sommers, finally out from under Ed's shadow, moves herself and her daughter, Sophia, across the country to a sleepy beachside town. There she meets quiet tattoo artist Daryl Dixon, who works in his brothers tattoo shop. Carol has, like the Phoenix of legend, risen from the ashes.
